25 cl (1 cup) sweet white wine
250 g (9 oz) ripe peaches
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1/2 lemon

White Wine-Peach Sorbet
Juice the 1/2 lemon and put the juice in a blender. Add the cleaned and chopped peaches, the wine and the sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour in the ice-cream maker, and voila!
This recipes works best with fresh and ripe peaches, and with a sweet a flavourful white wine, like a Gewurtzraminer.
