2/3 cup (150 g) sugar
1 lemon
2 tea spoons jasmin extract

Jasmine-Strawberry Sorbet
Juice the lemon and put the juice in a blender. Add the cleaned strawberries, the sugar and
the jasmine extract. Blend until smooth. Pour in the ice-cream maker, and voila!
This recipes works best with fresh and ripe strawberries; the jasmine extract mostly re-inforces the fruit flavour, like vanilla does for chocolate.
