2 cups (50 cl) milk
1 cup (25 cl) whipping cream
1/2 cup (200 g) honey
30 strands fresh thyme

Honey-Thyme Ice Cream
In a blender, put 1/2 cup (10 cl) of milk, the thyme strands and blend until smooth. Place a fine strainer over a large bowl, and pour the blended liquid into the strainer to remove the thyme bits. Add all other chilled ingredients in the bowl, and whip until the honey is completely dissolved (about one minute). Pour into your ice-cream maker, and enjoy!
