User Reviews and comments on Petit Four Bakery From: Upset Customer on May-22-2008 While the food is pretty good, their customer service is quite horrible. When I complained to their cashier that I was given the wrong change, the cashier was less than apologetic and could not "remember" what I had given her even though I was only there less than 2 minutes before. I went and tried to get the correct change back and the did not exactly tried to mitigate the situation properly but rather treated me like some lower class. I may not be in a suit like the majority of their target market but it doesn't make me any less worthy of equal treatment. If you want to go to this place for good food, sure but I wouldn't count on a cashier that could do basic math! I just picked up a soup for lunch, it was cold, they had them sitting out on the counter, for faster service. that's not working! Return to the Petit Four Bakery page.
