Bernard Callebaut came to Canada straight from Belgium, and brought with him the highly respected savoir-faire of the famous Callebaut family in his home country. Among many other awards, Bernard Callebaut won the first prize at the International Festival of Chocolate in France in 1998. Bernard Callebaut is the only North American chocolatier ever to win such a prestigious award! Bernard uses delicious couverture custom-made by Barry Callebaut according to his own formula.

The result? Go ahead and taste by yourself: some of the yummiest chocolates in town, and a very wide variety of them. Our recommendation: the Delice pear- flavored pralines are about as good as they are unique! The French-style honey ganaches are excellent as well. The price is about $100/kg, and the chocolates should be eaten within 8 days after purchase.
