A French-style pastry shop surprisingly located in the heart of Pacific Mall, the huge Oriental mall at the border of Markham and Toronto. Gateaux de Paris makes lovely pastries that taste as good as they look. The numerous awards obtained by pastry chef Kenneth Wu posted in the store confirm that other experts share our views! The tiramisu, the chestnut mousse cake and the death by chocolate for example are all very good.
Our suggestion for your next trip to Pacific Mall: enjoy a delicious Chinese meal upstairs, and complete it with a French dessert from Gateaux de Paris -- the best of both worlds!
