Jules Cafï¿½ Pï¿½tisserie is one of the fine French pastry shops in Toronto. A generous selection of very fresh pastries made with top-quality ingredients awaits you: eclairs, chocolate cakes wrapped in real chocolate, excellent croissants and pains aux chocolat (chocolate croissants), and many fruit tarts and mousses made with fresh fruit (local fruit in Summer). Our favourite is the amazing apricot-almond tart: a base of crispy puff pastry, a generous layer of almond cream, and fresh apricots; the blend of tastes and textures is just perfect. The raspberry mousse is well worth tasting as well, with a heart of fresh blueberries -- a very nice pairing.

Jules also offers a small selection of excellent French breads, including a hard to find whole grains baguette -- don't miss it!

The brioche and madeleines would make Proust proud!

I'm not a big fan of the custard, but everything else in the shop is great! The "pain au chocolat" (chocolate croissant) is my fave!!! Their pizzas are the best! I truly recommend it to anyone!
