Bonito offers around 20 revolving flavours of high-quality ice-cream, many of them made with Thai fruit and herbs: examples include mangosteen, custard apple, finger banana, taro, black sesame, tamarind, lemongrass... The flavours are very authentic and taste like they are made from fresh ingredients. Other more creamy and Western-like varieties include a delicious rhum-raisin, macademia, pistachio... All the flavours are not there at all times, so it's worth visiting the store often!
