Kwan Imm Jae is one of our favourite vegetarian restaurants in Bangkok. The menu has a large selection of Chinese-style dishes (fried vegetables, rice, noodles, tofu, dumplings, sweet and sour dishes, various mock meats...), and a selection of vegetarian suki. The food is healthy and fresh; try for example the fried mushrooms with spinach, the curried rice, or the excellent mock mutton, turkey, shrimps or lobster.
