At Schillings, you will find homemade
truffles,
Austrian-style
pastries, and a larger dine-in menu. On
the pastries side,
strudels are interesting (a mix of
apples, nuts and
raisins rolled in
a thin flaky crust), as well as the little star-
shaped almond
cakes. Chocolates are also good, with all
the classical
flavours as
well as some more specific ones: for
example, chesnut
truffles, and
Mozart chocolates (squares made with
layers of almond
paste and
praline sandwiched between layers of
German couverture
chocolate).
Schillings
also has a small baker's section with the
necessary
ingredients to
make your own treats.

I really enjoyed the service the food and the atmosphere at the cafe. I went for the first time and I will go again!
From: Happy schillings customer
I noticed that the schillings website was not mentioned. Its www.schillings.ca. There is not a huge amount of information on the website but the basics are there and it looks pretty nice. I hope they add a little more content but it's a good start.
BTW - I am addicted to their butter tarts and their salad bar buffet (the ying and yang of my balanced diet) :]
Thanks for the great information on this website
