At Ying Yong Soy Foods, in the basement of
the St
Lawrence Market, you will find not only
several
kinds of tofu (all made with organic, non-
GMO
soybeans), but also a large assortment of
more
elaborate (and tastier) soy foods. Soy meat
balls,
tofu steaks, soy roast (made with thin layers
of
smoked tofu), soy burgers are all available.
They
all taste very good and have interesting
textures.

I am from Ohio and I never liked ANY tofu I have tried..that is until the sweet and spicy from Ying Ying Soy Foods.
It is unbelievable! I can eat it cold or hot. It does have a kick to it but is delicious! Wish it was marketed int he States.
I am a bariatric patient so this is just like having your cake and eating it too!
