Mrs Flowers' chocolates are based on a very interesting concept: using Thai traditional flavours in the centers of the chocolates. Bale fruit, green tea, chrysanthemum, mango, cashew nuts and safflowers are just some examples of centers. The flavours are always subtle and well balanced with the taste of the chocolate. Other more traditional centers are also available: marzipan, rhum raisin or whole almonds. The almond slice in milk chocolate is quite simple but very good: finely cut (or maybe coarsely ground) almonds coated in chocolate, forming an airy, foam-like structure that has a very nice texture. Mrs Flowers provides a brand new tasting experience for the chocolate gourmet!
