250 g (9 oz) ripe apricots
250 g (9 oz) ripe peaches
2/3 cup (150 g) sugar
Juice the lemon and put the juice in a blender. Add the cleaned and chopped peaches and apricots and the sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour in the ice-cream maker, and voila!
This recipes works best with fresh and ripe fruit; the more flavourful the fruit, the more flavourful the sorbet.
