Hot Chocolate Recipe
Melt the chocolate using a bain-marie: put water in the bottom part of a double boiler and the chocolate in the top part.
When the chocolate has melted, add the corn starch and stir well.
In a pot, bring milk to a boil and pour the chocolate mixture. Bring back to a boil for 2 minutes to make it thicken.
Pour it into cups. You may serve it with whipping cream to add on to the sin.
Tip:
- The better the quality of the chocolate you use, the better your hot chocolate will taste. You can use white, milk or dark chocolate for this recipe.
- If you make this recipe with one more tbsp. corn starch and cool it, you will have pudding.
