200 g (7 oz) raspberries
300g (11 oz) blackberries
2/3 cup (150 g) sugar
1 cup (250 ml) whipping cream
1 lemon
4 table spoons rose water

Blackberry-Raspberry Ice Cream
Juice the lemon and put the juice in a blender. Add the cleaned blackberries and raspberries, and the sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour the cream in a bowl, and whip with a hand mixer until thick. Mix in the blackberry-raspberry puree, then pour in the ice-cream maker, and voila!
This recipes works best with fresh and ripe berries; if your berries are a little tart, increase the amount of sugar.
