User Reviews and comments on Epi Breads From: anonymous on Aug-25-2007 The most amazing cheese boule--chewy, perfectly dense, full of just the right amount of air pockets from the sourdough starter, and delicious with a glass of wine. I am surprised that in all the reviews I have read there have been few reviews on the croissants. They are absolutely the best I have tasted in Canada. Truly all butter not like the ones that claim to be.......... Keep up the good work. Terrible service! Lady behind the counter is awfully rude! Return to the Epi Breads page.
