At the Chocolate Messenger, you will find
truffles and
chocolates made
on the premises by a Swiss chocolatier, in
the grand Swiss
tradition,
using Swiss couverture chocolate from Lindt.
Dozens of
flavors are
available, many
of them fruit- or alcohol-based; for
example, champagne,
Pear
Williams, Grand Marnier, Amaretto... but
also the more
classical
hazelnut, praline, caramel... All the truffles
and chocolates
taste
good and fresh, and should be eaten within
3 weeks after
purchase. The
price is $1.30 per truffle, or about $85 per
kilo. The
Chocolate
Messenger also carries Godiva truffles, but
they're definitely not the main interest.
