Definitely one of the best places to buy tea
in Toronto, the House of Tea is a very
impressive place. This German-style tea
house sports over two hundred imported or
house-mixed blends. You will also find a
good selection of tea paraphernalia like
filters, teapots and cups for instance. The
expert help the enchanting owner provides
is also completely out-of-this-
world.
The low-in-caffeine Rooibos teas
(from the South African redbush tree) are
well-represented as well with for instance
Rooibos Chocolate Truffle,
Rooibos Earl Grey, and Rooibos
Lemon.
If you can't find the
blend you are looking for, the owner will
mix your custom blend in front of your eyes
for the price of the required ingredients.
Our
own personal favourite is Harriot's
Joy: the tangy rosehip and hibiscus
flowers unusually laced with fennel
and anis seeds, as well as liquorice. And, in
the black-tea section, the sophisticated
Arabian Nights blend is but another
one of the surprises that await you at the
House of Tea!

This place is amazing.The service is very friendly and professional.The clerks are very knowledgeable and showed me how to brew tea the right way,so you can enjoy its pleasures to its fullest.They have a large assortments of tea from all over the world, I dont mind paying a little more for these products because they are the top of the line.
