Xococava's main line is specialty chocolate, with some classic flavours, but also some very unusual ones like tree essences or herbs (maple, birch, rosemary). Classic flavours won't disappoint, and the new ones may or may not please, but are certainly well worth trying for a new tastebud experience. On top of the chocolates, three other lines of sweet goodies are proposed: breakfast pastries (first rate croissants), desserts in a cup (the tiramisu and rice pudding are deliciously rich and flavourful), and ice-creams. In the ice- creams again, the theme is unusual flavours; rhubarb can be spotted in season, but here again, our favourite were the classic flavours, amazingly well executed; the vanilla ice-cream is a cross between vanilla gelato and vanilla mousse - light and rich at the same time, with a amazing texture.
