Mousses & Meringues has a variety of American-style layered cakes, quite a few cheesecakes, and several "parfait"-style desserts in a cup (for example, meringue crumbs smothered in a rich caramel sauce topped with whipped cream). Our favourite dessert at Mousses & Meringues is the coconut cream pie, with shreds of fresh young coconut, one of the very best we've tasted.

Mousses & Meringues is one of the best cake shops there is in Bangkok. My favorite is the Coffee Roll. It's made from rich ingredients which truely comes through reflecting in their cake. It's our family's top pick for pastries.
