Jacques Torres makes very fine French-style chocolates, most of them filled with chocolate ganache, some of them with different centers like crunchy caramel, soft salty caramel, or a delicious coconut. Ganache flavours are very good as well, and tend to be unusual: for example wines (Cote du Rhone, Port), or unidentified tastes (�love potion�, or �wicked fun�). Wine flavours are good, but difficult to identify. The �wicked fun� is slightly hot from the chili peppers it contains. More traditional flavours like espresso, or a suitably tangy lemon, are also on display.
Jacques Torres has another store in Brooklyn (66 Water Street, under the Manhattan bridge).
